Here's where to go to check your Tyre Collector has the correct licensing.

ENVIRONMENT AGENCY REGISTER
 
Your tyre collector should be able to give you a copy of their Carriers License and/or Waste Management License.

Your tyre collector should ALWAYS issue you with a Waste Transfer Document, failure to do so is ILLEGAL!

You should be informed about how your tyres will be disposed of.

Remember, You are responsible,  if you're tyres are not disposed of legally, you can be liable and face prosecution!

The Environment Agency has been recently visiting Garages in Cornwall to ensure they have
the correct paper work regarding their waste tyres.

Don't be caught out for the sake of a few pence!
